- Larger loan amounts over $150,000 are possible through partnerships with other Community Futures offices or your financial institution.
- Our loans cover various purposes, including capital purchases, operating capital, inventory, start-up-costs, top-up financing, and expansion.

The Community Futures North Fraser 4-H Youth Loan Program provides financial support to members of 4-H Clubs by loaning money for the purchase of marketable livestock – beef, swine, sheep,or other projects approved by the 4-H Organization.
Community Futures helps diversify and strengthen our local economy by offering loans to sound businesses that may not meet traditional financing requirements. We offer loans from small micro lending up to $150,000 and in some cases more.
