Our boardroom features 7 tables, with 15 chairs, a television, audio and a whiteboard.  

 

Rental Information and Pricing

  • 0-4 hours is half a day, 4-8 hours is a full day. 
  • Available Weekdays 8:30 am to 4 pm, excluding holidays.
  •  Weekends and evenings are available upon request 
  •  Free WIFI, usage of TV, Audio and the whiteboard are included in the rates. 
  •  A minimum of 7 days cancellations is required for a full refund, cancellation within 7 days will see a half-day charge. 
  • The room capacity is fifteen people (approximately)

  • $75/ full day

  • $120/ full day 

Forms of Payment

We only take cheques payable to Community Futures North Fraser or e-transfer to info@northfraser.org (password answer to be Mission)

Our office is located near the downtown of Mission, on Second Avenue.
