This session will explain the tools and techniques of financial management for a business owner. Topics include budget creation and monitoring, cash management, product/customer analysis, planning/forecasting and trend analysis.
This session will help participants use financial management tools to evaluate their business and make informed financial decisions.

      Simona Halmaghi, CPA , CGA is the owner of a boutique accounting practice with an office in Maple Ridge that serves the Tri-Cities and Fraser Valley areas. Simona specializes in small business tax, accounting and assurance services and has worked in the accounting field for over 20 years.
