Michele Blackwell Business Analyst
Michele’s career in commercial lending started at a Credit Union where she worked in commercial lending and account management for many years. As the Business Analyst she provides loans to qualified applicants to help them get started or to expand their existing business. She enjoys the flexibility Community Futures offers clients and the potential to work with businesses that don’t fit the lending policies of chartered banks and credit unions. Here at Community Futures North Fraser she has more opportunity to work with small businesses, particularly if you have a great idea, a viable business plan and the dedication to carry it out.
Debbie Cave Accounts Administration
Debbie started at Community Futures as the Administrative Assistant in 2005, moving to the Accounts Administrator in 2007. While a dedicated employee, Debbie’s passion is teaching music. She has an A.R.C.T. degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music, and is a national consultant for the Yamaha Music Education System. When not at Community Futures, Debbie is teaching at the music studio she has owned for over 25 years, specializing in group instruction. Through her involvement with Community Futures Debbie has come to appreciate the valuable role this organization plays to support small business in this community.
